Booking policy: Choose an open date and time on the live BrodyLuxe.com booking calendar. Once the 25% deposit payment is successfully verified, your booking is confirmed and that exact date and time is locked. The remaining 75% balance is due 30 minutes before scheduled arrival. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund. Rescheduling is permitted based on availability. Bookings made through partners, resellers, hotels, concierges or other third-party channels follow that channel's own payment, cancellation and settlement terms.
