Private Performances in Las Vegas Hotel Rooms, Suites and Private Locations

Most Brody Luxe celebrations happen where your group is already staying — a suite, a rental home or a private venue. This page explains how that works in practice: the space it needs, when it fits into the evening, what to send, and what depends on your property rather than on us.

Brody Luxe is independent, with no affiliation to any hotel or resort. Availability and property permission are personally confirmed after your request — never promised in advance, and nothing is paid through this website.

The Practical Questions

What Actually Matters in a Suite

The answers groups ask for before they commit to a time.

Is our suite or room suitable?

Most one-bedroom suites, parlor suites and rental living rooms work comfortably. What matters is a clear area of roughly a few square metres, somewhere for your group to sit or stand around it, and a door your group controls. A standard two-queen room with no open floor is tight — say so when you send your request and the format is adapted or a different time or space is suggested.

Do we need an exact room number now?

No. The hotel name, rental address or Las Vegas area is enough to plan around. The exact room or unit is confirmed privately once timing is agreed, and your details are never published or shared with your group's guests.

Who gives permission for the space?

Every property sets its own house rules, and vacation rentals add the host's agreement and any local rules on top. Brody Luxe is independent and cannot grant or promise permission on a property's behalf. Tell us the type of location and we will tell you plainly what is workable and what depends on your own arrangement with the property.

How much noise and setup is involved?

A private celebration performance needs very little: music from a portable speaker at a considerate level, the lights you already have, and a few minutes of setup. Nothing is installed, no furniture has to be removed permanently, and the room is left as it was found.

How many guests fit the format?

Small groups of two to a dozen are the most common and work well in a suite. Larger groups are welcome — mention the number so the space and the format are matched to it rather than assumed.

Thirty minutes or sixty?

Thirty minutes suits a group heading out soon afterwards and keeps the evening moving. Sixty minutes suits a group treating the suite as the centrepiece of the night, with room for the guest of honor's moment and photos afterwards. Both are fixed regular prices: 30-Minute Private Show Performance at $500 and 60-Minute Private Show Performance at $1,000.

Scenarios

Where and When It Usually Happens

Strip hotel suite

The most common setting. Your group is already together, no reservation or table is involved, and the night continues straight afterwards. Confirm your property's house rules for guests and visitors when you send the request.

Vacation rental or private residence

Rental homes, villas and private residences give more space and privacy. The host, the rental agreement and local rules govern what is permitted there, so confirm those on your side as you request a time.

Before dinner

An earlier slot turns the performance into the opening of the evening, with the group already dressed and photos taken before you head out. Useful when a dinner reservation sets a hard time.

After dinner, before nightlife

The most requested window. The suite is already the meeting point, and the energy carries directly into whatever comes next. Send the latest time that still leaves room for your plans.

Bachelorette celebration

Built around the bride, with the tone set by the group rather than assumed. Full planning guidance lives on the bachelorette page.

Birthday celebration

The guest of honor's moment is the anchor, with recognition and a photo moment available by request.

Girls trip

One evening inside a longer weekend. The suite performance is usually the night everyone remembers, and it does not depend on anyone else's reservation.

Last-minute or tonight

Same-day requests are welcome and answered directly, though availability is never guaranteed in advance. The tonight page covers what to send when the date is today.

Areas

Planning Around Major Las Vegas Resort Areas

Groups stay all over the city, and the practical difference is usually travel time rather than the performance itself. Center-Strip and south-Strip resort corridors are the most common, with the shortest gap between the suite and the rest of the night. Downtown and the Fremont area work the same way with a little more travel allowed for. Summerlin, Henderson and the surrounding rental neighbourhoods suit larger groups in a private home, where space is rarely the constraint.

The resorts named below appear only because groups commonly stay at them. None is a partner: Brody Luxe has no affiliation, endorsement, agreement or permission from any hotel, resort, rental platform or host, and none of these notes says what a property allows. House rules vary by property, by room type and by rental agreement, and they change — confirming them is part of your own planning. Tell us where your group is staying and you will get a straight answer about timing and what is workable on our side.

Groups staying at Bellagio

Center-Strip, so the gap between the suite and dinner or a show later is short. Groups here usually pick a slot after dinner and before heading out. Confirm your own room's house rules with the property before you finalise a time.

Groups staying at The Venetian or Palazzo

Suites are the standard room type, which usually means a separate living area and comfortable floor space for the group to gather around. Travel from the north Strip to a later reservation is worth allowing a little extra time for.

Groups staying at Aria or Cosmopolitan

Central location and modern suite layouts. Terrace and wrap suites give plenty of room; a standard king room is tighter, so mention the room type in your request and the format is adapted rather than forced.

Groups staying at Caesars Palace

A large property with very different room types across its towers, so the practical question is which tower and which suite rather than the resort name. Include both when you send the request.

Groups staying at MGM Grand

South-Strip, well placed for groups whose evening continues nearby. Larger suites hold a bigger bachelorette group comfortably; standard rooms suit the 30-minute option and a smaller group.

Groups staying at Resorts World or Planet Hollywood

Both work the same way as any other resort: the room type and the property's own rules decide what is workable, not the brand. Send the area and room type and you will get a straight answer on timing.

Groups staying Downtown or near Fremont Street

Downtown works well and simply needs a little more travel time allowed if the night continues on the Strip. Rental homes near Downtown often give more space than a hotel room of the same price.

Summerlin, Henderson and the surrounding rental neighbourhoods suit larger groups in a private home, where floor space is rarely the constraint and the host’s agreement replaces a resort’s house rules.

Two Minutes

Private Location Readiness Check

Answer a few practical questions and see exactly how much planning detail you already have — and what is still worth confirming. It never implies a property's approval; it simply shows whether you are ready to send a well-formed request.

What type of location are you planning around?

Fitting Into The Night

Adding Male Revue Show Access

A private performance in your suite and seating at the male revue show are two separate things, and most groups do both on the same evening. The suite comes first, then the show. Brody Luxe does not own or operate the venue or the production — seating is third-party ticketed access, arranged for your night only when seats remain, and ticket pricing and release are set by the venue. Friday – Sunday, 9 PM – 4 AM. Shows begin at 10 PM Schedule subject to change. Confirm availability when reserving.

The male revue access page explains that side in full, and every experience and what it includes covers the rest.

FAQ

Hotel & Private Location Questions

Can a private performance be brought to our Las Vegas hotel suite?

Yes, when the property permits it and a time is open. Private celebration performances are brought to hotel suites, rental homes and private venues across Las Vegas, on and off the Strip. Availability and property permission are personally confirmed after your request rather than promised in advance.

Does Brody Luxe work with or have permission from specific hotels?

No. Brody Luxe is an independent Las Vegas private celebration entertainment service with no partnership, endorsement or affiliation with any hotel, resort or property. House rules differ by property and by room type, and your arrangement with the property is yours to confirm.

Do we have to give our room number when we make the request?

No. The hotel, rental or area is enough to check timing. The exact room or unit is confirmed privately once the details are agreed, and it stays private.

How much space does a private performance actually need?

A clear area within the living space and somewhere for your group to gather around it. Suites and rental living rooms are comfortable. If your room is small, mention it — the format is adapted rather than forced.

What if our property does not allow it?

You will be told straight away instead of being left to find out on the night, and alternatives are suggested — a different space, a different time, or separately confirmed male revue show access instead.

Should we plan it before dinner or later in the evening?

Both work. Before dinner opens the night while everyone is fresh and dressed; after dinner and before going out is the most requested window because the suite is already the meeting point. Send both the earliest and the latest time that suits your group.

How do we choose between the 30-minute and 60-minute option?

Thirty minutes fits a group with somewhere to be soon afterwards; sixty minutes suits a group making the suite the centre of the evening. Both are fixed prices: 30-Minute Private Show Performance at $500 and 60-Minute Private Show Performance at $1,000. Male revue access is separate and confirmed independently with the third-party venue.

Can we add the guest-of-honor spotlight, a photo moment or extra time?

Share guest-of-honor preferences and comfort details in your request. They are reviewed with you before the private performance is confirmed, without changing the fixed duration pricing.

Can a hotel performance and male revue show access happen the same night?

That is a popular combination. The private performance at your location is a Brody Luxe service; access to the male revue show is a separate third-party request confirmed when space remains. Friday – Sunday, 9 PM – 4 AM. Schedule subject to change. Confirm availability when reserving.

Is anything paid through the website?

No. There is no online checkout and no instant booking. You send a request, it is personally reviewed, and availability, timing and details are confirmed with you directly before anything is finalized.

How far in advance should a hotel performance be requested?

Earlier gives the widest choice of times, particularly on weekend nights, but same-day requests are welcome and answered directly. Either way, the time is confirmed with you rather than assumed.
