What we collect

When you request a date, Brody Luxe collects the details you enter — such as your name, contact details, occasion, requested date and time, and location type — only to review availability and coordinate your booking.

Payments

Direct-site deposits and balances are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are not stored by Brody Luxe.

Analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures how pages are used. Names, contact details, room numbers, addresses and booking notes are never sent to analytics. You can change your choice at any time.

Sharing

Booking details are not sold. They are shared only with service providers needed to run the booking (such as payment processing and email delivery), or where required by law.
