Send what is already fixed first. Everything flexible is then fitted around it, instead of the other way round.
A private performance is one of the few parts of a Vegas night that does not depend on a table, a ticket or a queue, which is why it slots around the rest so easily. Once the anchors are known, a window is proposed that leaves your group time to get ready before and time to move on afterwards. A few weeks gives the widest choice of times, especially on weekend nights and around holidays. Plenty of groups plan in a few days, and same-day requests are welcome. Either way the time is confirmed with you personally rather than assumed.
Tell us as soon as you know. The private performance is fitted around your fixed reservations, so a shifted dinner usually means shifting the performance window rather than rebuilding the night. A new time is confirmed with you before anything is treated as settled.
Before dinner opens the night while everyone is fresh and dressed. After dinner is the most requested window because the suite is already the meeting point and the energy carries into whatever comes next. Send both the earliest and the latest time that would work and you will get a recommendation.
Both work, and each has its own rules. Suites are convenient and close to everything; rental homes give more space and privacy but add the host and the rental agreement. Hotel and private location planning covers the practical differences in detail.
A private performance is the easiest piece to add late because it does not depend on a table or a ticket. Separately requested male revue access depends on the third-party venue's remaining availability, entry and seating, so it is checked rather than promised.
Small groups of two to a dozen are the most common. Larger groups are welcome — send the number so the space, timing and format are matched to it.
The standalone private performances have fixed prices: 30-Minute Private Show Performance at $500 and 60-Minute Private Show Performance at $1,000. Male revue access is separate and follows the third-party venue's pricing, availability and terms.
It is a separate, third-party ticketed piece of the night rather than part of the private performance. Access, entry and seating at the male revue show are confirmed separately for your date when space remains; pricing and release are set by the venue, not by Brody Luxe. Friday – Sunday, 9 PM – 4 AM.
