Sequence Your Night

Las Vegas Celebration Itinerary Planning

A bachelorette, birthday or girls trip night is a sequence, not a single booking. Fit a Brody Luxe private celebration performance around your own dinner and nightlife plans. Male revue show access is a separate third-party request, confirmed individually subject to the venue’s availability, pricing and terms.

Custom plans receive a personal reply — nothing is promised in advance. Choose your 30- or 60-minute Private Performance and continue to the secure FareHarbor booking window on BrodyLuxe.com; FareHarbor's payment and cancellation terms apply. For direct BrodyLuxe.com VIP Night bookings only, choose an open date and time on the live BrodyLuxe.com booking calendar. Once the 25% deposit payment is successfully verified, your VIP Night booking is confirmed and that exact date and time is locked. The remaining 75% balance is due 30 minutes before scheduled arrival. Bookings made through partners, resellers, hotels, concierges or other third-party channels follow that channel's own payment, cancellation and settlement terms.

Sample Patterns

Five Ways Groups Shape the Evening

Illustrative examples only — every timing below is adjusted to your group and confirmed with you. Nothing here is a guaranteed schedule.

The Pre-Dinner Opener

Best when a dinner reservation sets a hard time.

  1. 01Late afternoon — the group gets ready together in the suite
  2. 02Early evening — 30-minute private performance opens the night while everyone is fresh and dressed
  3. 03Photos and a drink in the suite before you leave
  4. 04Dinner reservation, then nightlife on your own schedule

Dinner First, Then the Private Performance

The most requested shape of the evening.

  1. 01Dinner as booked by your group
  2. 02Back to the suite, which is already the meeting point
  3. 0330- or 60-minute private performance with the guest of honor at the centre
  4. 04Out afterwards — nightlife, or separately confirmed male revue show access when seats remain

Hotel-First Girls Trip Night

One evening inside a longer weekend.

  1. 01Pool or spa day, then the group regroups in the suite
  2. 0260-minute private performance as the centrepiece of the trip's main night
  3. 03Photo moment and guest-of-honor recognition by request
  4. 04Late dinner or a club, timed around the group's own plans

Birthday-Centered Night

Everything anchored to the guest of honor.

  1. 01Group gathers early with the birthday guest arriving last
  2. 02Private performance built around her, with recognition requested in advance
  3. 03Cake, photos and champagne in the suite
  4. 04Dinner or nightlife afterwards at your own pace

Same-Day Flexible Plan

For groups already in Las Vegas.

  1. 01Send tonight's earliest and latest workable times
  2. 02A straight answer on what is genuinely open — including if nothing is
  3. 03Private performance slotted into the window that works
  4. 04The rest of the night stays yours to decide

Method

Build Around Your Anchors

Send what is already fixed first. Everything flexible is then fitted around it, instead of the other way round.

  • Dinner reservations — the time, the restaurant area and how long you expect to be there
  • Show or concert tickets — showtime plus the time you need to be seated
  • Club or lounge table reservations, including any arrival window
  • Flights, check-in and check-out times on arrival or departure days
  • The latest time your group is willing to finish

A private performance is one of the few parts of a Vegas night that does not depend on a table, a ticket or a queue, which is why it slots around the rest so easily. Once the anchors are known, a window is proposed that leaves your group time to get ready before and time to move on afterwards. If your group is still deciding how to spend the hours before or after the performance, Nokturnal Lifestyle is an independent Las Vegas nightlife and planning resource some groups browse for ideas — it is unaffiliated with Brody Luxe, and nothing there is booked through us.

Planner Quick Reference

Seven Steps, In Order

A short reference for concierges, travel planners and organizers placing a private celebration into a Las Vegas itinerary.

  1. 01Choose the format. A private performance at the group's own location, separately confirmed revue show access, or both on the same evening.
  2. 02Confirm property permission. House rules belong to the hotel, resort or rental property. Permission is the guest's to confirm and is never promised on a property's behalf.
  3. 03Fix the group size. The number of people and the room shape the plan. No fixed capacity is published — the space decides what works.
  4. 04Set the timing window. Send the earliest and latest times that work rather than a single time, and choose 30 or 60 minutes.
  5. 05Note guest-of-honor preferences. Occasion, the name to celebrate, comfort level and anything the group would rather avoid.
  6. 06Leave a timing buffer. If the night continues to a show or dinner, allow margin between the private window and the next reservation.
  7. 07Confirm directly. Custom inquiries and partner referrals receive a personal reply and do not hold a time. Private performances confirm when the FareHarbor booking is complete. Direct VIP Night bookings confirm only after successful verification of the 25% deposit; partner bookings retain their own terms.

FAQ

Planning Questions, Answered

How far ahead should we plan a Las Vegas celebration night?

A few weeks gives the widest choice of times, especially on weekend nights and around holidays. Plenty of groups plan in a few days, and same-day requests are welcome. Either way the time is confirmed with you personally rather than assumed.

What happens if our dinner or show time changes?

Tell us as soon as you know. The private performance is fitted around your fixed reservations, so a shifted dinner usually means shifting the performance window rather than rebuilding the night. A new time is confirmed with you before anything is treated as settled.

Should we plan the performance before or after dinner?

Before dinner opens the night while everyone is fresh and dressed. After dinner is the most requested window because the suite is already the meeting point and the energy carries into whatever comes next. Send both the earliest and the latest time that would work and you will get a recommendation.

Does it matter whether we are in a hotel suite or a rental home?

Both work, and each has its own rules. Suites are convenient and close to everything; rental homes give more space and privacy but add the host and the rental agreement. Hotel and private location planning covers the practical differences in detail.

Can we plan the whole night on a last-minute request?

A private performance is the easiest piece to add late because it does not depend on a table or a ticket. Separately requested male revue access depends on the third-party venue's remaining availability, entry and seating, so it is checked rather than promised.

How many people can the night be planned around?

Small groups of two to a dozen are the most common. Larger groups are welcome — send the number so the space, timing and format are matched to it.

What is fixed-price and what is quoted individually?

The standalone private performances have fixed prices: 30-Minute Private Show Performance at $500 and 60-Minute Private Show Performance at $1,000. Male revue access is separate and follows the third-party venue's pricing, availability and terms.

How does male revue show access fit into the itinerary?

It is a separate, third-party ticketed piece of the night rather than part of the private performance. Its schedule, pricing, entry, seating and availability are controlled and confirmed by the venue, not by Brody Luxe.

Is anything booked or paid instantly through this site?

Choose your 30- or 60-minute Private Performance and continue to the secure FareHarbor booking window on BrodyLuxe.com; FareHarbor's payment and cancellation terms apply. For direct BrodyLuxe.com VIP Night bookings only, choose an open date and time on the live BrodyLuxe.com booking calendar. Once the 25% deposit payment is successfully verified, your VIP Night booking is confirmed and that exact date and time is locked. The remaining 75% balance is due 30 minutes before scheduled arrival.
