Promoter Agreement

By joining the Brody Luxe Promoter Partner Program you agree to the following terms.

• Commission applies only to qualifying paid bookings.
• Cancelled or refunded bookings may invalidate commission.
• Referral attribution is subject to verification by Brody Luxe.
• Promoters are independent referral partners, not employees of Brody Luxe.
• Promoters may not claim or imply that they are Brody Luxe employees.
• Promoters may not make unauthorized guarantees, promises or offers on behalf of Brody Luxe.
• Brody Luxe may suspend or remove accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

Commission is paid at 25% of qualifying 30-minute and 60-minute private performance bookings unless a different rate is agreed in writing. Brody Luxe reserves the right to verify attribution, withhold commission on cancelled, refunded or fraudulent bookings, and to update these terms. Questions: brodyluxe07@gmail.com.
