# Plan a Las Vegas trip with friends | Brody Luxe

Planning a Vegas girls trip, Las Vegas bachelorette, birthday or friends' getaway before arrival? Start with the group, dates, shared budget, place to stay and ticketed plans. Leave room for travel, hotel check-in, dinner, walking or rideshare, show exit and getting everyone together. A Brody Luxe private performance is one optional private celebration moment within the trip, not a replacement for its public plans.

## Before booking

1. Agree on the occasion, group size, budget and who collects decisions.
2. Fix dates, accommodation and ticketed plans; confirm the property's visitor and gathering rules before assuming a suite can host a private event.
3. Leave buffers for flight arrival, check-in, dinner, travel, venue exit and regrouping.
4. Decide whether a public show, nightlife, private experience or a combination fits the group. Third-party show access is separately confirmed.
5. For a private performance request, share the date, occasion, group size, permitted location and earliest/latest workable start times. Availability is confirmed personally.

## Where a private celebration fits

A public show has a scheduled audience and venue. Nightlife takes place in a shared venue. A Brody Luxe private performance comes to a permitted Las Vegas room, suite or other private celebration location; Brody Luxe has no public walk-in venue and is independent of hotels, shows and venues. The 30-minute option is $500; the 60-minute option is $1,000. Neither includes tickets for another show. Sending a request requires no online payment or held time; a 25% booking payment reserves a confirmed date and time. Same-day requests are considered based on availability, never guaranteed.
